Minnesota Lake Rice
Cream of Wild Rice Soup




  1. Melt butter in a heavy 3 quart saucepan
  2. Add green onion and stir in flour
  3. Cook flour and butter mixture for two minutes, but do not brown
  4. Stir in Chicken stock, bring to a boil
  5. Add prepared KC's Best Wild Rice
  6. Reduce heat to a simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
  7. Add half and half, parsley, and serve
