Minnesota Lake Rice
Canadian Lake Rice
Douglas Lodge Wild Rice Soup


  • 1/2 cup KC's Best Wild Rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 6 cups water
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup diced celery


  1. Rinse KC's Best wild rice.
  2. Cook in 6 cups water until plump and tender, drain.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine chicken stock, carrots, onions and celery.
  5. Bring to a boil, then simmer and cook until vegetables are tender.
  6. Add cooked wild rice.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
